A380 or 77W for J and Y who would care...if you are booked on F that's a different story

Even in J, it matters because TG will reassign your seats according to the layout. If you are like me and prefer the private A/K window seats, going from A380 to 77W will increase the chance of getting shuffled to one of the aisle seats since there are fewer rows. Depending on how full the cabin is, you might not be able to reselect a window seat again if they are all occupied.

90% chance you'll get TG'ed. if you're not booked in F, it will be fine because 77W & 380 seats are the same in J/Y.

No, I meant that LH's A380 to BKK (LH 772 & 773) is only seasonal. I have no idea what TG has in mind for their A380 and FRA.

TG's A380 has also been seasonal during last couple of years. Not sure why they keep CDG and LHR for the whole year but FRA just seasonal

And the THAI website is showing TG910 and TG911 as a 777-300 instead of the usual A380 during August 2018.
I thought August would be quite a busy time from the UK during school holidays. I wonder where they are planning to use that A380.

Usually Japan gets more A380 during those months...and probably they don't skip FRA next summer

Had to change to MUC instead of FRA to remain in F because A380 won't be available in end of March anymore for FRA.
So I guess no luck that they will keep it to and from FRA through summer 2018 .

Sorry, I guess my answer was not clear.
MUC still keeps the 747. But as the A380 gets replaced with a 77W on the FRA<->BKK route in March 2018 there is only MUC left with an F cabin out and to Germany then.
