Thai website not working?

Is it me? Regardless of what platform I use the 'Book Now' button on the Thai Airways website appears not to be working. Anyone else experiencing this? I've tried mobile, laptop plus multiple browsers

Happens occasionally to me although. I just checked and it is working OK with Chrome for PC right now. Make sure you don't have a pop-up blocker activated for the site.

Happens to me...I cannot book using "Return" functionality. However, if the multi-city functionality is choosen, that work.

Horrible piece of software.

Multi-city workable workaround!

Genius tip! Many thanks the multi-city functionality works. Utterly absurd and just hope their Flight Management Systems are a little less buggy!

Cheers, D

I ran into this issue earlier in the week.

But on Tuesday I was able to pull up an itinerary.

So it seems to be intermittent.

In Thailand every Web site of any significance, in particular government web sites, only ever "guarantee" that they'll work with Internet Explorer. It more than halves the investment in IT they have to make by standardising on a single browser. I can often start a booking in Chrome or Firefox but end up with a server error and remember {groan, groan} that with TG it's Microsoft or nothing (and sometimes both even then)

I've never had a problem with Chrome nor FF... YMMV.

There was a month or two long period where TG site wouldn't work at all for me on Chrome. Endless loop.

That said, I use a mac which won't run Explorer and have booked plenty of tix on TG over the years using Safari/Firefox/Chrome with no real problem.

Perhaps you don't understand the word "guarantee" in my post?
