Business class on BKK-PNH?

Business class on BKK-PNH?
Hi folks,
I've got a *A award ticket coming up that's booked entirely in business class with the exception of BKK-PNH.
Not a big deal for a 1-hour flight, but I notice the front 3 rows of the aircraft aren't bookable in online seating selection, and it looks like they're in a 2+2 "Euro Business" layout. All the booking tools say this flight is Economy only.
Is there a way to select these seats?
