Reinstate Expired Thai Miles
I am new to this forum so I don't know if this has already been answered. Anyway, a couple years age I had 50,000 Thai miles expire. I was wondering whether they could be reinstated for a fee. As I currently live in the US, I can't call customer service. Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

Dear skyper123456789
You could consider emailing Thai ([email protected]) should you not wish to call.
But I do not think it is possible to reinstate expired miles, especially if they have already expired a few years ago.
I could unfortunately not find the ROP Handbook online anymore to substantiate my statement.
Does anyone know where is the ROP handbook in the new web-site?

Let's face it.
Miles expire after three years. This is a standard rule.
You let some 50K expire a couple of years ago.
What kind of argument could you possibly bring forward to resuscitate them?
