ROP - New design, can't login, no details on miles needed for awards?

ROP - New design, can't login, no details on miles needed for awards?
Hi All,
I tried to login, couldn't login.
http://www.thaiairways.com/en_TH/rop/index.page
Got the "PIN reset code", it did not work.
I tried then to look at the amount of miles needed to purchase an award, the link is not active.
Anyone is having the same issues?
I hope it is a glitch and that they are not "doubling" the amount of miles needed again.

Try again - its working perfectly for me, but I did need to re-enter my credentials as it is a different login splashpage. I think they were only updating some features and it seems we can book award tickets online directly with a new interface.
I don't think they are finished with all of the updates, but when I look at the points required (BKK-SYD Royal Silk re-checked) it is still the same.

Thanks, well spotted everyone. The GUP availability is nice. Otherwise for me the improvements look mostly cosmetic - maybe the server is faster (accessing from the UK - it used to lag noticeably). Shame that it's still not possible to view/book award flights departing from LHR.

Since the new ROP website has started My mileage statement shows zero activity. My miles transferred across okay but now I can't see how they have been accrued.
Does anyone else have the same problem or alternatively did others have their mileage statements transfer over to the new site okay?
I am just trying to figure out if this is a glitch in my account or if it is normal?

When I go to the mileage statement area and click on the statement activities box within the personal information box it shows zero flights or any other information and it shows statement activity from today's date to today's date which does not seem right. My sons is the same.
I will give it a few days then give them a call if it does not get corrected.

It should be on the first page that appears after logging on. There will be four choices, Air Awards, Hotel Awards, Lifestyle Awards, and the bottom of the four is Gold Award Eligibility. Click on it and a new page will appear. Click on the 'Check' box and the system should then calculate what your outstanding entitlements are.

Thanks Main Wheel......that worked for me.
I also have a 50% discount redemption award to use but it only shows the PUPs, which is a pity. I am sure it would not have been a huge technical hurdle to have included these awards also....another lost opportunity!
