Connect in FRA TG F to OS J

Arrive FRA on TG F connect to Austrian Business class. Have about 2 hours for lounge visit between flights. Question: Which lounges at FRA Schengen zone will I have access to besides the LH business lounge? Star Alliance website says LH Hon/First Class are exceptions to holders of other SA F tickets. Is the Senator lounge the same as First lounge? At least One World connecting pax with highest class can use same class lounge, if available, at connecting airport. Thanks.

You will have access to the LH Business lounge and the Air Canada MLL.

If you are *G, you will also have access to the LH SEN lounge.

There is not a snowball's chance you are allowed into the LH FCL or FCT.

you sure that Air Canada MLL is within Schengen zone? likely not!

access to LH SEN is very strict in FRA; not without an according valid card!

No probably not - I was answering more broadly as to theoretically available FRA lounges for a departing business class passenger.

LH is inconsistent on this, sometimes the BP is sufficient, but agreed you should always carry your *G card.

I just use my wallet app (passbook) and that's it. No card asking at all.

LH and his subsidiaries are probably more strict on their own members as I have to show always my SEN card in FRA, VIE, ZRH when flying LH, OS, LX...

with *A F ticket, LH SEN lounges (not F Lounges/Terminal, thats only for LH Group F) can be accessed without *Gold card.
with *A C ticket, LH Business lounges can be accessed without *Gold card, as well as the AC lounge (which is much nicer, IMHO).

you always have to show the card at FRA, VIE, ZRH?

that might be the marketing idea of LH group to give you the feeling of being "special" - its like to DYKWIA, but they anticipate the pax, so that Germanics dont bully around with the lounge dragons, as they would usually do...

----

but to answer OP question:

from the TG flight in F (doesnt matter if you arrive B or C gates), I would get out of the international area, and then move to the business class schengen lounge closer to your departure gate (most likely A-gates).
IF you have booked this all on one TG 217 Ticket (not separate tickets!) then you will experience a guide awaiting you and escorting you to the A-gates area, most likely business lounge.

arriving flight or class of service does not matter for lounge access rules at FRA towards your onward OS J flight.
if you are LH HON, you can access the LH F Terminal/LH First Lounges at FRA for your OS J flight.
if you are *A Gold, you can access schengen area A-gates LH SEN (labelled Senator lounge/first class) lounge at FRA.
if you not *A Gold, but hold OS J ticket, you can access schengen area A-gates LH business class lounge at FRA.

I did not talk about those cases; yes I entered SEN lounge with TG F without showing any card
I talked about entering the SEN lounge with a *A C ticket...
