So how are we in the US contacting TG now? I have a UA award, all TG metal and no pnr. Any suggestions other than racking up a phone bill?

If that does not work I would email an english as a first language TG city office and provide them your 016 ticket number: [email protected]
Good luck and let us know how you make out.

Forget about calling UA. Total waste of time.

Now that TG has migrated to Amadeus Altea, their PNRs show up as 1A on partner systems instead of TG.

Just to add my experience, I made a reservation with UA that involved a UA/TG combo. When I called UA, they were unable to provide me with the PNR for TG when I called them. I emailed the Thai office in the UK and they replied very quickly with the TG PNR. I was then able to log on through the website and select seats. I'm looking forward to my first flight with TG!!

Just wanted to add to the thank yous to those of you who posted the UK email contact here!
After frustrating attempts to dial international and use social media to figure out where I could get a PNR for some upcoming flights, the UK reservations center was efficient in getting me the PNR quickly, and then resolving seat assignment issues with the website (that is some clunky system they're using). End result I have the PNR in my files, and seats assigned thanks to the great Thai Airways team in the UK.
