Arriving TG C connecting TG F, escort/buggy?

I'm arriving TG C from SIN connecting to F to SYD, will an escort pick my up from the SIN plane and take me to the F lounge?

In theory - 'yes'. There should be someone to meet you at the end of the air bridge from the plane (ie just as you would be about to enter the terminal).

However - sometimes (rare) there is no buggy, or your plane might arrive at a remote stand.

I was going on First (last year), and the plane boarded at gate D6, there was no buggy and personal assistance service at all, just only 2 ground personals lead all 9 F passengers from lounge to the gate.

Yes, you should. I recently flew HKT-BKK in C and connected to TG F and was met at the gate by TG staff.

Carts don't operate on departure level in D concourse.

I've done the same route, SIN-BKK-XXX in C followed by F about a dozen times.

You'll be met and escorted, by buggy for the most part, and then by foot up the escalators and to the lounge. If by some quirk of fate you're at a remote stand, you'll be met at the aircraft and driven in a separate van. Either way, just look out for your name on a board, and enjoy!

actually there is no buggy service anymore from F lounge to departing gate at all (I departed in F from G3 last week; what a long walk!)
buggy only for
- picking up at the gate (unless arriving at a bus gate or a very close gate to immigration or transfer)
- from check in/immigration and down the escalator through the large biz lounge and to F lounge

Understand from lounge staff that buggy from lounge to gate was stopped due to renovation works in departure floor. The service may be reinstated once construction is complete.

I guess this is a typical excuse! buggy service on departure floor was seized quite some time ago and renovation work affects mostly arrival floor while departure floor is not so much affected

But there never was buggy service through D concourse on the 3rd floor (Int departure) and I assumed it was due to the narrow nature of the space. At least I have never received it.

The only buggy service ever on departure was if you had a E/F/G gate. It involved going down the arrival floor at the A/B/C nexus, buggy along D arrival floor to the E/F/G nexus, going through security and back up to the departure level and then walking to gate with an escort. With construction on arrival level, buggies can no longer get through the D concourse. Thus no buggies on departures for the time being.
