flying into CDG with TG and continue on *A within Schengen
*A Schengen flight into FRA and continue on TG F

Tell us which *A airline.
*A uses the antique T1. It has been refurbished but still weird.
There are several satellites in T1; Schengen and non-Schengen airlines use different ones.
When you arrive on TG you need to enter Schengen and hence clear immigration. You will take a long moving walkway and go to immigration. Lines can be very long, especially in the morning with several longhaul flights. And if you disembark last from the A380....
Then you have to find the satellite where your other flight is departing. There would typically be a regional *A lounge there (e.g. LH in satellite 6 or SK in satellite 7). The central Star A lounge is in the international sector, so you would have to go through immigration twice.
I don't know about FRA

Then it is LH lounge if flight leaves from Satellite 6 (gates 60-68) or SAS lounge if flight leaves from Satellite 7 (gates 70-78). LH lounge is underground with a section for *A G and one for simple J flyers, very similar. SK is a smaller lounge, sometimes crowded.

Transit in CDG, FRA with TG
FRA you should arrive A gate on LH (unless remote bus gate). About 15 min walk to TG B gate. LH SEN lounge at B43. If you are in F on TG, ground staff will take you to the AC lounge instead (opposite B43 and up escalators).
I like LH lounge more cos the cocktails are nice. Just don't drink too !much 😁

The escort from aircraft (LH to TG) to lounge usually doesn't exist if I am connecting, I think it's mostly because I come in on the first LH flight from London or Manchester before TG opens check in when I take TG921. Maybe that is just me and since you are ROP*P maybe that's diff. TG should know when you are coming in and take care of you better than me.
(BTW the LH lounge has a smoking room inside if that matters for you, for me it doesn't)
Enjoy.

I would like to report back and thanks again to brunos and kinchai for their correct advises
CDG: incoming on TG A380 F indeed into strange terminal 1; got express lane voucher so no queue at immigration. They think everybody can speak French (luckily I could answer the simple question in French). Then underground walkway to Satellite 6; security (no queue) and to small Lufthansa lounge (overall less than 10 minutes from airplane to lounge), which was pretty crowded; from there a short distance to the gate; chaotic boarding into the small plane of LX
FRA: arrival with LH on one of the notorious bus gates; 10 minutes wait in the airplane until the bus arrived; long long bus ride with many stops into A; from their very long underground walkway (the moving walkway was not working and it took for ever) into B; NO security check; walk to LH lounge at B43 (so overall 40 minutes from airplane stop to lounge!). very large lounge with quite a selection of drinks and some food. from there very short walk to B46; very well organized boarding (german Gruendlichkeit) into TG A380 F
no TG escort on both transits!
conclusion:
CDG faster transit, shorter walkways, but lounges worse, boarding chaotic and one additional security check
FRA longer walkways, loss of time with notorious bus gates and long rides but better lounges, well organized boarding and no security check for transit

FRA may take longer but still better "organized", but I actually even prefer Munich (which claims itself to be a "5 star airport")

Munich less bus gates and shorter walk ways of course, but no A380 of TG flying there. Still the good old 747...
