The problem why press don't have "freedom" is because they become targets by criminals and in unfortunate situations they are killed by criminals or organizations that are not happy with what they have to say.
Philippines does not infringe on inherent right of freedom of the press. They can criticize the Philippine government all they want without repercussion.
