The lounge is pretty basic. Limited selection of food and drinks. There is a separate seating area for First Class, but no different food/beverages. Staff in the lounge are not able to assist with any flight needs...they solely take care of the lounge. Limited English skills.
I posted some photos and information about a recent visit in this thread in the Japan section:

(Scroll down for the photos and report)
I didn't make it to the ANA lounge, so cannot comment on the differences. It is easily accessible from that part of the airport - maybe a 5 minute walk.
Neither facility has showers. There may be a private (pay for access) shower facility, but I don't have the details on that.

I was on the A380 when I was departing KIX. The lounge was pretty packed in the regular area before the flight. The First Class area was fine, but again, limited services.
The Thai lounge and the ANA lounge are the only 2 *A lounges accessible. There is a private (pay) lounge as well, but I have no experience with amenities offered.

Lounges at KIX are generally poor; JL and NH treat it as an outstation, and other carriers don't feel the need to have proper facilities (CX has no lounge at KIX despite having five daily flights).
Fortunately, the airport itself is not bad, with a decent amount of shopping and numerous restaurants. Unless you're traveling during peak holiday periods (Golden Week, Obon, Japanese New Year) you can arrive 45-60 minutes before departure and minimize time spent in the lounge.

TG is the only one with a first section, albeit feeling a bit like being put in a cupboard at the end of a corridor. "Food"/drinks comes from the main part of the lounge anyway and the attendant may serve you a bit at your seat. When I was there, non-F pax gradually crept into use this section when the lounge filled up.
The NH lounge is pretty large, and furnished in traditional ANA style, giving the ambiance of a nasty office with high density seating. Ok drinks as ever, and more food options than the other lounges including some hot food (not sure if all day). I wouldn't plan on eating a full meal here though.

KIX lounge is tiny. Was there last year in F. Escorted to "F" section. But when the lounge started filling up, non-F passengers were guided in too.
NH lounge is larger, but also felt like a sardine can when I was there. Stood around for a few minutes before getting a seat.
