How is the lounge and general time spent in Phuket?

I am flying Phuket-BKK-CDG in J. My flight from Phuket is around ~7:30pm. I have my hotel booked to stay through the day since the rates were very good. I always like to leave a little early and be safe, I'd rather have an extra 30-45 min in the airport if it means peace of mind and no rushing.

average domestic lounge of TG; no booze, very limited food and newspapers/magazine. Wifi available

but you are right, better 45 minutes in a lounge than to risk missing the flight. But transfer times are pretty well predictable in Phuket in opposite to Bangkok

In the evening checkin and immigration lines can be quite long at HKT.

if OP has lounge access, he also does not need to check in at the long economy queue but can go to business class counter

Will be flying HKT-FRA soon.

Any changes regarding the lounge situation?

Is there an intl. lounge available at all?

Thx,

F.R.
