At least that's what they state on their german seating-plan Site

Yes, but the schedule shows 10F configuration for all of June next year on the MUC - BKK route.

With TG you will not know for sure which configuration you will get until the day of departure, in my experience. Last minute changes are not uncommon.

I'd be very surprised if the plan sticks until then. I've had flights booked 6 months in advance that have changed from 744 to 330 to 773. Something tells me they're not quite done yet

I don't even think any of this is worth worrying about. As far as I am concerned TG does not have any aircraft type with an inferior F product.

Well guys I'm sorry, but I'm not that pleased with the 10F configuration. The seats are not bad, but not excellent in any way and the side panels are often broken (for instance, they don't close well or at all), and IFE isn't that great.

Inded the old F seats found on A340 and remaining 747 are OLD. They are first generation solo seat, cushions are quite disjointed, worn out and uncomfortable when there is no mattress. Screen is minuscule, avod system antique and film number/selection limited. Many modern J seats beat them.
Sure the food/service is typical TG F product, but the seats are inferior.

Precisely, and TG F meals are nothing to write home about. Pajamas and amenity kits tend to be quite lovely though.

What's wrong with caviar and lobster thermidor?

Caviar is famred Italian caviar, not bad with Dom.
Depending on point of origin, lobster can be very small lobster-type and usually very poorly cooked. Tasteless food is a weak point of TG F.

I appreciate food is subjective but I flew TG925 on Monday, new first, and the food was fab. Beat ba, and ek which are my other first experiences. The crew were great, service was attentive and the food blew me away . Had the caviar, canapés, a beef and peanut curry, cheese and a fruit tart for dinner - all from the on board menu. Had the white sausage with mustard for breakfast. Loved it all.

I think TG F is an excellent product for the price point... It's quite simple really, if you don't like the product pay more and fly with another airline...

Problem solved!
