BinSabai, indeed my TG607 made it on time. I had just enough time for taking a quick shower at lounge before boarding. Actually when it was finally my turn for shower it already started boarding. I had to ask the janitor not to clean the shower stall so that I had enough time before gate closed! The long walk from C to E gates did not help.
Thank you for your advice.

from statistics it will be on time or max 15 minutes late. it can easily catch up a 30-40 minutes departure delay
I can only remember two delays on my multiple flights on TG607 during last 10+ years; after a heavy thunderstorm over Hongkong around 2 hours and when a taiphoon hit Hongkong a 14 hours delay but that was years ago...

I have an international to domestic connection (HKT) in J. Connection time was 80 mins when ticketed. The international flight now leaves 25 minutes later than the original schedule, so new connection time is 55 minutes, which is below MCT.
I got an e-mail from TG saying that the departure time of my flight has changed. I can see the itin on TG website with new departure and arrival times and 0:55 as connection time- BKK-HKT is still the original flight as booked. No mention that it is below MCT, contact TG etc.
Should I be concerned? The problem is that subsequent HKT flights are showing sold out until 2100, there are four of us and they may not find 4 seats if we miss the connection and we might have to sit out in BKK for 5-6 hours.

Will be arriving to BKK on RJ180 flight (lands 14:25) and has quite good on-time performance. Will need to buy onward tix to HKT. Bangkok airways has 17:30, 19:45 and 22:00.
Am I safe to buy 17:30 (3:05 hrs connection time)?

Also, i guess, will have to stop at the PG transfer desk to collect new boarding passes?
Dang, it will sure be nice to get on that earlier flight and not sit around for 3 hours waiting for the last flight to REP.

I will be getting in on TG at 1500 from Europe and looking at flying to USM. Next connections are 1800, 1815 or 1945. The 1800 should be fine right? There is one at 1605 but 1hr is too short? Does TG through Tag luggage for PG as I will be on separate tickets?

yes they will check in your luggage through even on separate tickets if you show them the itinerary at check in in Europe

1hr 5 minutes is doable, but there could be quite some queue at that time of the day; if delayed incoming flight they will book you on the later one
