New icons on the TG booking website...

Hi TG Forum,

I have just noticed on the TG website a new icon that indicates how many seats are available? However, on some dummy bookings there was no icon at all!? It appears that '4' seats seems to be the standard number showing - perhaps they are representing blocks of 4 seats?

Anyone know...?

Cheers,

AG.

At least 4

I'm pretty sure that 4 means "at least four".... still, this is handy feature.

I agree - not so sure about accuracy though... Some dummy look-ups produced no icon at all... Odd...

Cheers,

AG.

I was looking at flights BKK-CNX and noticed the same thing. My understanding was that there were only 4 seats left at thoses fares. I happened to book 4 tickets. The next day I returned to the site just out of curiosity and the same icon showing the number 4 was still there.

Most of the airlines use number 9 as highest number, however, TG is using only number 4. So, if you see 4 with any booking code it may mean anything between 4 and 'plenty'... More info on interpreting the availability is here - http://www.kvstool.com/FAQ.php?Source=HOME#Interpreting
