Someone trying to login to my account
I've gotten this several times this week where at login I get the warning that the number of times for a successful login have been reached and that I need to wait 15 mins to login.
The only way this would happen is if someone else is trying to login as me or guess my password.
Is anyone else getting this message/problem?

Yes, on 9/29 I got the same message when I tried to log on, and I received this e-mail from FT:
"Dear Top Tier,
Someone has tried to log into your account on FlyerTalk Forums with an incorrect password at least 5 times. This person has been prevented from attempting to login to your account for the next 15 minutes. The person trying to log into your account had the following IP address: ***.**.***.*
All the best,
FlyerTalk Forums"
I wonder, does FT check to see if the IP (which I've redacted) belongs to another FT'er?
I tried a "whois" inquiry and it comes back as belonging to IANA (Internet Assigned Numbers Authority)
I can't think of a reason why anyone other than another FT'er would want to log on to my account.

Just an FYI but apparently many FT'ers had this happen this week.
According to FT administrators, there was a "firewall issue" that caused this glitch.
