Question Problem with "Airport code lookup"

The "Airport code lookup" in the Help menu is not working. Any suggestion?

I just used the lookup, by selecting Quick Links pulldown and then the Airport Code Lookup.

It worked fine for me.

i just used it from the Help menu without problem. Could be any number of things not all related to FT. Let me know if further efforts are problematic.

Lightbulb

The Quick Links pulldown works fine but not the Help menu. In the Help menu, everything works fine except Airport Code Lookup. I get something like "error on the page" (in French), and I can see

javascript:window.open('http://www.webflyer.com/travel/milemarker/lookup.shtml','AirportLookup','width=350,height=40 0,scrollbar

I don't get this for the other features of the Help menu...

Works for me from the help menu.

What OS and browser are you using?

no airport codes under help menu for me, either!

mac os 10.3.8, netscape 7.1.

other features from the help drop down menu work fine, but i can't get anything to happen by clicking on 'airport code lookup.'

(as a work around, falco, double click on the help menu itself. that'll bring up an entire help section with a clickable link for airport codes. that one worked fine for me.)

The only folks who seem to be able to use the “Airport Code“ look-up are Mod’s and Admin. folks.
The same people who can also use the Search Feature currently.
Perhaps this was disabled when the search feature was also disabled?
Just a guess here.

Looking this over it was a problem with our menu system and IE. I have changed how this work so it will work for IE users now, but it works a little different than it used to. Instead of opening in a popup window it opens in the current window and has the standard FT navigation.

In order to get it to load correctly you may have to clear your cache and/or quit and restart IE.
