Help request: multiple issues with FT (must accept cookies)

For the past week or so, I've been having some technical problems with FT, and hope that you can help out:

1. I can no longer use Mulit-qoute. When I try, only the last post ends up quoted.

2. I keep on having to logon repeatedly during the same session.

I am using the same laptop as always. Windows 10, running Chrome.

I emptied my cache and cookies. Still the same problem.

Many thanks for your advice and service to the community!

We've moved your query out of the Thread you posted in and will eventually merge it.

Can you tell Admin / Tech if you're using any software that might be interfering? (Someone from Admin / Tech will be able to respond on Monday, Pacific time.)

I have not any new software. Just a new problem.

Thanks.

I'm unable to reproduce this issue.

Can you make sure that the button indicator is red on each of the posts you want to quote?

Also, do you have another browser you can check this issue on? I tested with Firefox.

I'm glad that others (including you) do not have this issue, and I don't have the issue on other computers that I use. However, my primary computer, my laptop, consistently has this issue, and any help you can give me would be appreciated.

Again, two problems: 1. multiqoute does not work (red indicators on). 2. I constantly have to log on in the middle of sessions.

Thank you.

Make sure your cookies and cache are clear.

Turn off plugins (such as ad block).

This message is what happens when I mutliqouted your message and IBtyen's after clearing cookies and cache, so that did not do the trick.

I do not have adblockers.

Question: I have cookie setting blocked. Is that the cause of the problem?

You do need to be able to accept cookies to remain logged in and for other things.

This is mentioned in the post about clearing cache and deleting cookies in the sticky thread http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/techn...ps-tricks.html.
