What happened to Thread preview when I hover over a title?

What happened to Thread preview when I hover over a title?
There was a time I could just hover over a thread title and read the first sentence or so. I can't do this anymore. How come?

When I posted this, I didn't have any issues with other websites that offer this feature. It seems to be working fine today. ^
