Malware/Virus on Bit.ly? (Appears to be "no")

All the "Must read" links on the front page use a short bit.ly link.
When clicking on them, I get a warning from Chrome that they lead to a website hosting malware.
There seems a story developping: http://thenextweb.com/insider/2014/1...links-malware/
Maybe a good idea not to use bit.ly to shorten the url and just use the full urls for now?

Issue is gone. Was due to over-eager Chrome and Firefox "protecting" us from a site with higher-than-normal malware.
