FT app: unread posts readable offline after updating it in a wifi access lounge ?

I'm wondering if (or how) FT app is able to automatically (or by a simple click) download the unread posts of my subscribed threads ?

I'm asking this because it would be great to read the latest posts offline in an airplane after having downloaded them for example in an airport lounge with wifi access right before departure.

An offline board reader? It's like back to the BBS days in the 80's~90's.

Compuserve was great. Read and compose for dozens of forums offline, send and receive in less than a minute of online time. It's been downhill ever since.

But it's a valid question. I'm on a plane for 3 hours, if I could read reddit or FT or whatever, without purchasing WiFi, the time would just rush by.

So is there an app that will let me download a day or weeks worth of a website, for offline browsing later?

Flyertalk runs on vBulletin. Relevant discussion, but no apparent solution, here:

Thanks pittpanther for understanding me.

Btw, there is an iphone/ipad app: netstash. Which allows to save a whole website and then browse it offline. But I can't manage it with FT, it's probably too heavy. That's why I was thinking about that offline option on FT app.
