I am only sporadically receiving notifications as well. As an example, I didn't receive notifications for this this thread:

for posts on:
11/23
11/24
11/25

but I did receive one for posts on 11/28. I am setup for daily notifications.

Yup it's sporadic. I got notifications for 11/28 but before that 11/22. Maybe there is some background task on the server that is not always working.

Do your thread subscription notifications go to your gmail address? That's where mine go.
