How to delete subscribed forums?

How to delete subscribed forums?
The title says it all. There must be a way of removing from MyFlyerTalk subscribed forums that you no longer want to access, or which have closed down.
(While we're at it, there must also be a way of deleting subscribed threads.)
I've looked everywhere and haven't come across it yet.

Go to the forum/thread you want to unsubscribe to.
Click FORUM/THREAD TOOLS, UNSUBSCRIBE.
Finis!
OR
You can go to http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/subsc...ewsubscription ("list subscriptions"), check the box next to each subscription you want to cancel, then go to the SELECTED THREADS dropdown and click DELETE SUBSCRIPTION, and click GO.
