Actually pretty nice that it's been over eight months since there was activity on this thread... 
However, since a week or so before U.S. Memorial Day, I haven't been getting notifications of many posts in threads that I'm signed up for. I used to get alerts for those threads. And it's random. I'm getting many, but not getting many. But I have found that patience works, because some do come through a day or two days late. I'll see the thread title in my inbox and think it's a new post, but then learn that I've seen and answered the post. And sometimes I get notice that there's a new post, it's new, but I haven't gotten notice of some that preceded it in the same thread. These are the symptoms.
ETA: Maybe coincidentally re the holiday, delayed notice used to occur over long weekends when it happened, and was followed by a deluge. But this definitely started before Memorial Day weekend.
