You can even click "No Thanks", and a couple of screens later, it's back. If my opinion really mattered, it would go away and stay away. Very, very intrusive.

I keep getting it today, please hurry up getting rid of it, it’s bad enough that I have to put up with all the pop up ads with animation that are distracting enough, but with this pop up every few minutes moving across the screen, I have to chase it to get to temporally get rid of it or sit there waiting for it to finish its trip across the screen, only to reappear a few minutes later.

I realize that ad revenue supports FT, but I think you need to do a better job of screening the pop up ads or the companies that supply these ads that you allow on FT.

Thanks for getting rid of it, as it shows a tremendous lack of respect for your users. It's the worst of the worst and an incredibly outdated way of generating dollars.

I run an ad supported web site myself, so I don't mean to minimize the need to raise revenue. This is just the wrong way to do it.

I just had it go across my screen 4 times in less than 2 minutes, so what is taking so long to get rid of it?

This is incredibly annoying. Does the advertising company & FT really think that annoying the forum participants is a way to promote something? When will it go away?

How can it take 4+ days to get rid of this?!

Whoever thought this was a good idea should have his/her decision making powers revoked immediately. What a bunch of muppets!

It’s still doing it as of this afternoon, 5 days after you promised us it would go away very soon and thanking us for our patience, Yeah right.

I guess the ad revenues from this really annoying popup matters more than our patience.
