(The main reason I made this post is I was hoping to see what IB time is, but then I realized that we set our timezone in our preferences, so what shows for me is Eastern, not IB time. I had been proceeding on the assumption that "through November 1" couldn't mean any time before 12 midnight Eastern.)
I prefer to cut out the whole PAC middle-man: just PM me UA ecerts if you'd like to bribe me.
