I and my girlfriend will fly ZRH-FRA-HKG, with ZRH-FRA in C and FRA-HKG in F.

Will we be able to access the F Lounge in Zurich, or only the C Lounge (obviously, the ZRH-FRA flight does not have F).

If yes, will we be driven to the plane (which might be on the apron) ?

Bringing this forward as I will be departing LH in C to MUC but flying from MUC to BOS in F. Will I have access to the FCL or the Senator lounge (I am STARGold so can forego the Business Class lounge)? (Also have arriving BP on LX in F from PVG if that helps.)

As you are incoming LX F - just go the F lounge - and depending on whether your MUC flight is apron - you will get a car service or jetway - then you get an escort down thorugh the side entrance at security.

Cheers

Schengen vs. Non Schengen

In terms of shower, food, etc, which lounge is better now ? Schengen or non-Schengen ?

Food and drinks are the same in both lounges. No champagne, just Prosecco even in the SEN-lounge. The non-Schengen lounge is usually more quiet. Re: showers, the Schengen one is much better, as the showers are in the lounge, whereas the showers for non-Schengen are next to the public restrooms.

LX is imho a great airline , on board F service , food , seats etc .

But the HON lounge is not even close to FRA/MUC , not to mention the
" limo " service for TATL flights. Waiting at the elevator to be " batched " down
in order of time restraints and to fit 5 in a buss.

Multiple security screenings , one should be more than sufficient.

I will take the train in the future and enjoy the Swiss cows and birds.

I am flying LHR - ZUR - JFK in First. Outward I have 85 minutes layover - do you think I have time to get into the FCL in the Schengen area, or should resign myself to the lounge in the non-Shen area?

Thanks

Are there any childrens play areas in the SEN or Business lounges? I have a ZRH-LHR coming up with my 2-year old.
