It seems as if HB-JHD went tech. Previously HB-JHB was planned for LX18 with the "usual" delay of 2h as this aircraft was scheduled for 2 CPH rotations earlier the day. JHB now replaced JHD on LX8 to ORD with a delay of roughly 7h.
Yesterday, two CPH rotations were served by A333 as well, causing LX18 to be delayed by 2 hours...

I received this overnight :
LX19/01SEP
SWISS FLIGHT INFO -
AT PRESENT WE EXPECT A DELAY OF AT LEAST 100 MINUTES.
WE APOLOGISE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. REGARDS SWISS
It is strange as the LX18 is scheduled with only 30mn delay ! So it is not because of the late arrival of the aircraft.
I called swiss and asked for a rebooking on LX15 ex JFK it was smooth and easy ^

I'm not PetzLUX but you can check the aircraft registration on Zurich Airport's website.

You can check aircraft registration by going with the mouse cursor on the flight number (without clicking).
You can also use flightradar24 and put a flight number into the search:

And if you put the registration in the search you can find exactly where it's coming from.

I got a call from LX today that LX19 tomorrow on Sep 2 is going to be late 60 min out of EWR. I ask for the reason and they told me that LX18 on Sep 1 is so late that they need delay the flight on Sep 2 to have enough crew rest time. This is what happens when you stretch your long-haul aircrafts what LX is doing since March 2015 and have no spare aircrafts.
