Suggestion for people on the road ("FT lite")
The FT Archives are a "lite" version of the board, if you want no graphics, no reply option etc... then this is the way to go!

Most excellent tip
'Flyertalk Lite' is a great way to read forums even from my phone.

Odd, Flyertalk Deluxe works fine, but on my Blackberry the Lite edition (archives) aren't compatible with the browser. Go figure.
Update: Nevermind, the home page of Deluxe works, but the forum pages are also now incompatible.
No more FT on the road for me.

Which Blackberry are you using? I have no problems browsing any of FT, or even posting on mine.

That's a Blackberry 5810, it should be able to work on FT, sounds like your office has set some restrictions on how HTML is browsed on the device...

Could be. It worked with the old FT, but I suppose the new FT could be using some fancy code deemed unacceptable. Bummer.

I have a Nextel Blackberry and can never navigate past the homepage. I'm going to try the lite version and see if that works for me.

"Lite" works on my Nextel i830. Not great, but in a bind it works well enough.

FT via WAP would be nice or something lightweight.

Could the url for the light version be changed to simply flyertalk.com/lite or something similar? Most of us have FTlite bookmarked, but when telling others about it, the current url is a bit of a mouthful.
