It does have a Citibank and a HSBC cash point so that's a plus.
Stayed at the property beginning of January. Nice breakfast (quite good cheese and bread selection), plat. upgrade, friendly staff. No problems with the shuttle bus to Central if one is not on a tight schedule.

I agree about the mall. However, there is (now) a McDonald's right across the street on the Citibank ATM side of the mall. When leaving the hotel from 4th floor and turning left towards the cyberport office buildings there is a (very small) Starbucks inside one of the office buildings, it's a bit hidden.

Yes you have to pay. You can buy tickets from reception, I vaguely remember it being cheaper to buy a return than a one way but I may have imagined this.

To be exact, the charge of Shuttle Bus from Le Meridien Cyberport to Hong Kong STation, Central would be $29 per person, $45 for 2, while $52 for 3 and $60 for 4 altogether, though taxi to the same spot might cost your around $70~$80 (all in HK$)

No discount on return though. Hope that helps

Does this property still give free drinks to Plats and Deluxe Oceanview rooms in the evening? The room descriptions seem to have changed and no longer reflect any benefit beyond breakfast.

From the hotel's website:

Deluxe Ocean Room guests enjoy free drinks, free shoe shines, and discounts on business services and parking.

Thanks I could have sworn that wasn't there when I looked earlier but clearly it is now, the room rate information doesn't mention drinks though.

I booked a "Local Summer Package" rate (which requires a HKID which I have) and this includes unlimited ice cream (?!?) and other amenities which I will already get as a plat (breakfast, Internet etc) plus:

Complimentary shuttle bus service between hotel and Hong Kong Station
Does anyone know whether this is limited to 2-shuttle rides or as many as I want ?

With the rest of the features, I'm pretty sure the shuttle is unlimited as well

For your info, just returned from this property, regardless of the rate you book under, as long as you are a hotel guest / checking in / just checked out, the shuttle bus service to Central would be complimentary now. (For up to 2 person per room I believe)

Is that only on arrival/departure? Or, anytime you want?

Actually you can also take advantage of local transport. "Green Vans"
I don't like to be hindered by their schedule.

I believe it's anytime during your stay that you want.

Cheers!

Well, yes, I took those mini-buses all the time since they're also located in the bus terminal. However, there are times when I want to go to/return from IFC directly - which those mini-buses don't do from that location.
