double stay/night credit offer
Hello,
I recently signed up for the special promotion - double stay/night credit. The offer was supposed to be valid from 8/15 to 11/15. I noticed that all my stays between 8/15 and 9/23 were correctly doubled in term of # of stay/nights (award stay and cash-paid stay). Yesterday I stayed at a Sheraton and it was not doubled in term of # of stay/nights. Anyone has insights here?
Since I do not have too many business stays this year, double stay/night credit is extremely to maintain platinum this year... Thanks!

not sure whether C+P makes any differences... the 9/23 stay was a C+P stay...

You are correct - C+P doesn't get the double credit (as I learned). That said, after a series of mattress runs I will have platinum after tonight. Once it hits my account I will link with Marriott for their Platinum Elite. :-)

Question for the lurkers, how are qualifying nights calculated if they spanned the end of the double stay / night promotion ... How many nights would I get for 11/14-18 (4 nt stay)?

I was targeted for this promo.
Per the T&C:
"Eligible nights will be counted based on the actual night they occur, while eligible stays will be tracked by the date member checks in and not the date the member checks out."
