Nice promo - I typically prefer other brands besides Sheraton but I foresee that preference being altered for a few months!

So the1k fri/sat bonus doesnt require a a 2 night stay or does it?

These multi stay bonuses really suck 😃 For one nighters that is I cannot remember when I stayed more then one night luckily there are other hotels for those stays if the 1k is also only for 2 or more nights but salvageable if only requires one friday night or one saturday night...

Is there a particular reason why the Sheraton Omaha is not participating, or has it been inadvertently omitted from this list...??

Thanks

The two night minimum on the last few promotions is killing me. Most of my stays are one night stays. I was SPG Platinum 75 last year. I generally stay at a Four Points as that is all that is available in the towns I stay in. Right now I can either get somewhere around 800 Starwood points per stay or Best Western has an Aeroplan promo where I get 2,000 Aeroplan points per stay. Kind of makes it hard to choose SPG, especially when I status matched to BW Diamond. Hilton's promo has no minimum night stay, not sure about Marriott.

Wow,

Looks like zero stays at starwood for me this summer

Luckily IHG wants my 1 night stays with their promo...

I honestly cannot understand why SPG is leaning only towards multi night stays in their promos but so be it... I will make plat end of year but with the merger and these "promos" its not looking good long term anymore...

But thanks william for confirming it, so no suprises come.

We have no reasons to share, but we can confirm that they are not participating, so they were not inadvertently left off the participating property list.

I completely agree. It seems SPG is only intrested in multi night guests!

I stay in alot of hotels year but 96% of the stays are single nights! So now I am left with IHG and Hyatt promos for the Summer... I was hoping at least the 1000fri/sat promo was good for me but no, need to stay 2 nights there too

Oh well, happy for those who can partake!

Do Four Points by Sheraton count as a Sheraton hotel or another brand - that is do eligible stays at Four Points earn 3x or 2x points? Thanks!

No, Four Points by Sheraton is a completely separate brand, so stays with that brand aren't going to count as Sheraton Hotels & Resorts stays.

However, Sheraton Suites do count as Sheraton, right? Similarly the ten or so Sheraton Grands are Sheratons for this purpose?

And for the regard, SGS in Bangkok is LC, not Sheraton, despite having Sheraton in its name. London Park Lane might or might not be a Sheraton after its renovations. (Park Tower Knightsbridge is LC and apparently ceased to be a Sheraton long ago, although taxi drivers still know it as a Sheraton.)

Guessing the answer is no but figure worth checking. The Park Lane hotel in London was previously The Sheraton Park Lane then they renamed it and dropped the "Sheraton" but they seem to still have the URL sheratonparklane.com - does that count for 3x? I have a stay at the Park Towers (which also used to be a Sheraton IIRC but is now LC) next month and if the Park Lane counts then I'd move.

No - those are LC properties. Even the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit in BKK doesn't count as a "Sheraton" property - it's an LC.

However - other more standard Sheraton Suites/Grand(e) properties DO count.
