One suggestion for SPG - entry confirmations are great, especially for verification that I entered a contest, but the recurring confirmation email after I play each day is just a tad annoying, after the first day.

I don't believe the Design Hotels sent an email after every entry.

I feel like the reminder you've lost is a good motivator to stock up on MLB gear before you go down for Spring Training as I am doing in a couple of weeks.

I think the website is down. I tried signing in with 2 different accounts (mine and my SO's) and both gave me an error message.

Starwood, time to invest some money in your IT!

Just worked for me MG.

Well, the game worked, not that I actually won anything...

I did once win a trip to Oktoberfest in Munich from *wood, so I really can't complain.

Cheers,

I know nothing about baseball. I assume it's all just random - that there isn't really a strategy here in picking teams or pitches.

I'm assuming it's random, and whether you win a prize just depends on the time-stamp of your entry and its proximity to the time a prize is auto-generated.

Can anyone explain the scoring system ?

It starts with Strikes=0 Outs=2, and changes to Strikes=1 Outs=1 after the first (strike) ball. Why does Outs reduce ?

Based in Europe, so no clue about baseball. Luckily I just won 5k points, don't even know which team I chose. I'm sorry for you experts in the US and whereever baseball is popular. The win happened right after the first throw. Thank you, SPG, I don't deserve it, but love it !
