Ditto. I stayed here in Sept 2011 and got the 2 room Picasso suite as an SPG Gold.

Pardon me if this is slightly OT, but how far is the Hotel Marques de Riscal from here?

Thinking of doing a trip to Spain where I can stay in both properties and wondering if there are easy transport options between the two properties. thanks in advance! ^

my wife & i plan on staying here for 3 nights & i don't think we would be using the car at all during our stay....i would ideally not want to pay €100 or so to leave the car in the hotel park for 3 days so any recent info on close-by cheaper parking spots would be appreciated....

There used to be free parking near the University, but it is paid parking now. Trust me, we drove around quite a bit looking for free parking but ended up in the underground public garage adjacent to the hotel and it was cheaper than the valet parking.

Sorry can't help with parking, but did stay here a few weeks ago. Was during the film festival, so quite busy. Staff eager to help, room nice, breakfast decent.

Concierge email

Anyone have the email address for the concierge? I just made Platinum and staying there in 2 weeks but have not received any advanced contact. I wanted to try and get a couple of dinner reservations. Thanks.
