Comments: While not the most glamorous of 4Points, certainly not the worst (looking at you, 4Points Lexington, KY). Rate included breakfast buffet which was also passable (fruit, coffee, oatmeal, assorted pastries, and the typical hot items like eggs, potatoes, sausage and bacon). Room included a mini-fridge and microwave which is not standard for the hotel so I avoided the extra charge.

Comments: This was an SPG Hot Escapes stay. I actually ended up declining the upgrade, because when I arrived just before noon, I could either occupy a basic room immediately or wait a few hours until a suite was available. It was only a one night stay, and I wasn't planning on spending much time in the hotel, so I elected to take the basic room instead. Both the hotel and the staff were extremely nice.

I received a welcome amenity of chocolates and a bottle of local Bulgarian wine. Not sure if it was due to a mishap I encountered when I entered the room or cause I was a Platinum member.
I did bump into the GM by coincidence and he explained there are quite a few different room shape/sizes for this hotel.

Seems the Club Suite is pretty small (409 sq ft / 38 m˛) but still an upgrade nevertheless. Separate living room and bedroom? Too bad no Suites available on website for my check-in tomorrow.
