We were contacted a couple of days before arrival and asked if we wanted tickets to Disney on Ice at the O2. We accepted and picked a performance during our stay. On arrival a member of staff gave us tickets for the performance. It turned out that the tickets were for the SPG Suite at the O2, which we had to ourselves for the show. Not the sort of suite upgrade I would have expected, but a great way to start 2016!

This is the first time I've redeemed SNA here and I've had suites with better views without redeeming. Obviously low season so the situation may be different later in the year.
