Free Sheraton club access if available??
I booked 2 nights at the Sheraton Grand hotel Dubai using all points. I sent an email inquiring about the free Club lounge access for the two of us based on having the SPG biz card.
My response is:
Kindly also be informed that you would definitely receive a complimentary access to the Sheraton Club Lounge should availability allow.
What does "should availability allow" mean?
Do I get it or not?
