mods, please merge this thread with the following one :: http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/starw...t-2-stays.html

To above questions - I've had the AmEx SPG under 6 months and yes, met min spend within 2 days and also transferred some SPG points over to AA when they were running their bonus. I think this is def targeted offer for newbie SPG guys like myself, but it is a damn good one!

I got the exact same offer this afternoon, but I am not new to SPG at all. It is targeted, as the landing page has my SPG number already filled in.

LoyaltyLobby has a link to the offer in his blog. I do NOT qualify but my wife does.

Her's is the same as in the OP. So, does just a 1 pd. night stay give you a free night or do you HAVE to have 2 pd. stays & then you get 2 free nights?

Thanks

[Edit: the TOS say: Book and complete a stay through our mobile apps and earn one (1) Free Night Award; book and complete two stays and earn two (2) Free Night Awards. So I guess 1 pd night = 1 free night. Pretty suite (pun intended). Must use mobile app of course.]

Decided to not take any chances and booked two separate stays @ <$110 each. Two free nights posted before we even stayed the 2nd night (that will be in 3 days). Sweet.

So I registered to see if I was targeted, but instead was offered 1500 extra points for 1st stay and 2500 points for 2nd stay before Nov 30.

This is still active for some.

With the OP's link, I just registered for 2,000 points on 2nd stay, 2,500 on third stay, and 3,000 on fourth stay. 7,500 points can be redeemed for a Category 3 hotel stay.

Certainly better than regular points. And October two stays in Munich to boot. Thanks OP. That's at least an extra 2,000 points for me.

Spouse's newer SPG account got a 'too late' response though. I tried it in a different browser, same results.

HOLLA HOLLA HOLLA.

Just recieved an email.

The offer is second stay earn one free night
fourth stay earns one free night.

Easy to do. The welcome screen said something the the effect of "we havent seen you in a while"

Last paid stay was 1/23...

Edit: So i guess i should have stated. Clearly my offer is a little different than the others so far. The link was the same as the one the OP provided.

Where do you see the free night? I completed one stay two weeks ago and don't see anything under "my earned award".

I wonder if you could you take advantage of this offer combined with the 2015 bonus points offer and the 2500 SPG Keyless offer?

Hi jubberly,

You can take advantage of these offers if your stay meets the respectful terms and conditions of the three offers.

Question, for the 2 free nights offer, do I have to stay myself or can I pay for the rooms as a present for family? Thanks.
