I think I earned a whopping 4000 points from T1. It was easily the lamest promo I've experienced as an SPG member. I did way better w/ BRGs though, so I guess there's that. I'm going into T2 with super-low expectations.

Have Hilton or Marriott announced yet? I'm assuming if the competing chains have a promo, SPG will too.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 4.4.2; en-us; LGL31L/V100 Build/KOT49I.L31L10d) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Chrome/30.0.1599.103 Mobile Safari/537.36)
Not yet. HHonors has targeted promos coming maybe this year on a 100% for sure basis for atleast 1% of its random top members and maybe other members possibly soon but probably not but you never know so please check back next month or not at all would be ideal. Thank you for inquiring about our enhanced HHonors program.

Only Club Carlson has gone public with their Q2 promo. Sucks SPG is still living in Q1, as everyone is really working in Q2 now. Unless you have a time machine or something....................

its nothing new....spg has been doing this for many years now....they don't really follow the quarter system as far as their promos are concerned....their promos spill in from one quarter to another....you don't need a time machine to know this....

Based on the recent history, the lastest trimester 2 promo was announced -- April 17th. Let's wait and see.

It looks we missed the 17th of April as well. Is Tribute promo the one? Only one hotel participating

OK. I probably just don't get the business sense behind it...........BUT what benefit does Starwood have when they delay this announcement? Most people are trying to plan their hotel stays and such and I'm pretty sure they know and have known for months what exactly the promotion was going to be. So why not just announce - the sooner the better. Not?

Maybe they don't have all the details worked out. Maybe they want to get more hotels to sign up.
Most people don't let their lives be ruled by a hotel chain's promotions. (Though vocal, FlyerTalk represents an extremely tiny portion of Starwood's customer base.)
