The Palace hasn't been a Sheraton for a while. It is a Luxury Collection hotel. It's official name is "Palace Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, San Francisco"

That's too bad, last year the St Regis Abu Dhabi FHR amenity was an hour long massage for two people. I was alone so I got a two hour massage for myself. Don't think $100 will even cover a one hour massage for a single person.

in FT amex forum, i (and another FTer sometimes) do a list of all properties added each year, sometimes ive listed by brand including starwood(/marriott) brands
credits are sometimes in certain dining outlets, but i dont think there are restrictions, for any credits like this (not just FHR)
