Comments: 20th stay at the property, got the luggage tag as well. Service just super - some new talent have spent time learning to pronounce my first name... Simply wow!
Also somewhat busy, looking at availability enroute to hotel suites were sold out on spg.com so was expecting not to get the suite.

Comments: Got there at around 11am and was quite pleased that they were able to put me directly into a suite that "just happened" to open up as I was standing there (I had been pre-upgraded but the room was apparently not ready when I arrived). Service is still a bit erratic but I got a nice fruit plate.

Have been a Platinum for years and can't say that I have had the best track record of upgrades. Made Ambassador with my stays last year and during the two stays so far this year (almost all of January was with Hyatt) I have had pretty good results. A sign of things to come? Not holding my breath but one can always hope. Here the two results:
