Comments: this is the first time i have been upgraded to a suite at an aloft property....the fact that the hotel is sold out for a special event & i got my your24 approved for a midnight checkout makes this even better....this is why i love spg....

Comments: This was my best upgrade so far - booked 2 standard rooms with points for a holiday with friends ( total 4 adults and 1 child ) - received an executive suite with a connecting deluxe room which meant we had the lounge/living room to be used by both rooms and still get 2 separate rooms for each couple!! Brilliant care for a Platinum guest.
