0 for 2 so far. Tried at the Element Lexington, Ma and the aLoft Lexington, Ma on two separate trips and no dice. Trying again tomorrow.

Tried this a the W Taipei last month and it felt really gimmicky.
The front desk staff couldn't get it to work at first and later I realized that since access is locked to only my device, I had to go retrieve visiting guests as they arrive or give someone my phone (which was also playing music on the sound system) to get them up.
Also found that I had to be logged into the app for access to work and sometimes if wifi / internet is an issue, the app is slow to load.
Access was also deauthorized and had to head back to the front desk to get it fixed. Overall, much easier just to get keys. Maybe I'm just getting too old for this stuff.

Tried it at the W Times Square. When front desk put my room in pending state, the key was sent to me eventhough the room wasn't cleaned/ready.
It's my first keyless attempt so probably old hat.

0 for 3 today. I think this is really gimicky. It never works and the staff are as dumbfounded as I am. I've registered my device. Accepted the registration on my app and provided the registration information prior to check-in. Then nothing.

0 for 2 this week. Aloft ORD and Aloft Sunnyvale. Key never pushed down to the device (verified both times at check-in that they received my keyless request).
I've since unregistered my phone, deleted the app, reinstalled, and re-registered. Hoping it will work next time.
They really need to get some better developers on this if they want it to be successful. Sounds like it's been a disaster.

I made a reservation at Elements for 7/5. Never received a push notification to opt-in for Keyless. Any idea when will I get push notification to opt-in for keyless and to actually get a key via phone?

Did anyone else get the email that they are giving 500 star points for up to 3 stays using SPG keyless?
I'm quite confused by this... It seems as though you have to use the SPG keyless check-in to qualify...but I wonder if there is any other requirement...

Keyless now available at Aloft Kuala Lumpur as well (source: the hotel's social media team). I've updated the wiki accordingly. Have a stay there in about two weeks, so we'll see how it goes

FYI: SPG for Android v3.5.2 now supports my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge for Keyless. ^ Finally! Android users might want to re-check if their devices have been added to the supported list.

I'm at the Aloft Montréal and SPG Keyless still doesn't work. I wish you guys would end the SPG app. It's the least functional app of all the major hotel chains. It's also abundantly clear why Starwood partnered with Delta; both are in the business of offering services they have no intent to deliver on.

Aloft liverpool worked well but I had to go to the desk to complete check in.
