The BRG form doesn't work ... the state/city/hotel/etc dropdowns are greyed out and don't allow making a selection. Impossible to submit BRG claims.

Much easier to navigate! The old website was a busy mess

The larger photos are a welcome addition. It was especially noticeable when comparing the old SPG site to the Four Seasons. ^
I'm personally not a fan of the Mr/Mrs salutation either. Mrs WT73 goes by a different last name and has her own SPG account and balance to match.

To whomever the site greets as "Mr./Mrs." - you have likely not set up a title. My greeting firmly shows the correct option, not both.

I see we have the same problem as when the previous site launched. It is all US specific. I'm in France and it tells me HELP: 1-888-625-4991 which if I try to dial from France will of course not work.
Starwood eventually fixed this problem after some months if I recall with the old site. How long will it take this time?
Wow. I just noticed on the My Stays page, it doesn't even have the 1. It just says Need additional Help? 888-625-4988

Given that the previous version of spg had <Firstname>, I'm wondering why this new version has reverted to <Title> <Lastname>. IMHO that seems a bit stiff and Olde Worlde for a site that's just been updated for the tablet generation. Wouldn't <Firstname> <Lastname> have been better ?
<Firstmame> <Lastname>,
rather than
<Title> <Lastname>.
Bizzarre.

For me, this is way busier, way slower and less user-friendly. On a non-ideal internet connection and a laptop it takes ages to load and there seems to be a giant image for every link. There seems to be much less distinction between 'useful' links (e.g. book a hotel, get account information) and ads (such as promos in Hawaii which are sometimes useful, but often not what I'm looking for when I log in). I keep clicking on the wrong one and waiting ages.
I tried to look to book a reward stay in China and look for how many points for different categories before I saw this thread but finally gave up .
Dr. PITUK
Edit: I just went back to look again and can't get in. I had to reset everything today since my settings were lost, but the password and ID which I know that I set won't work. I'll try again another time.

Maybe it's my corporate PC's resolution, but after I log-in I see headers across the top, a bar 2/3 of the way down to make a reservation, and nothing else other than a lot of white space.
Is this what others see, or is this my ad/beacon/analytics blocker taking things out.

It is kind of bizarre, but Starwood has always hosted its images at Akamai or other ad-based sites rather than their own website. And as most ad-blockers block Akamai, and most corporate PC's use an ad-blocker, that means that most corporate workers cannot see the images at SPG.com. I complained about this long ago, but was told here that its just the way it is and they are not going to change. I guess there must be some reason, but I think it is self-defeating.

Lucky you. The rest of us have to endure the tooth-whitened images of 'Adam W., Gold member' & Co grinning back at us.
Another buglet : Logged in on the Account Details page, there is a link for "Contact My Ambassador", even if you're not important enough to have one.
