Comments: I applied for SNA upgrade but was told (day of, via email) no suites were available. On my way to the property I confirmed (on SPG.com) the suites were for sale. FD said I'd been upgraded to club room, but I asked if a Jr. suite was available. "No problem sir. You'll be in room 11xx - it's ready now." That was at noon! THANKS SPG (again)!!
