How long does it take for referral bonus to post to account?
 

I referred a relative for the SPG Amex and know that she correctly used the link to successfully sign up for and receive the card since I was sitting next to her when she did it. This was about 4-5 weeks ago. I know that the small print says it can take up to several months for the referral bonus to post but was just wondering for those of you who have done this before approximately how long it takes.

It's usually within a week, if you don't get it by then my experience is that you probably won't see it.

Call Amex and beg. Mine took over 10 weeks, (both times).

After 5-6 weeks, I would call.
