Thanks Starwood Lurker! Did just that and heard back this morning.

The SPG Suite at the Staples Center is C38. Depending on how the concert is set up, it'll be at the left edge of the stage.

Despite the poor location, I went ahead and redeemed for the concert I was looking at. Tickets are on the secondary market for $800+ for a pair in the same general area, so the redemption value isn't bad.

For less popular concerts though, I'd just purchase tickets with cash, specifically due to the location of the suite.

Is anyone having trouble accessing the SPG Moments site? I'm trying to bid on the Per Se auction, but when I try to log in it takes me to:

I've tried Firefox, IE, Chrome, and Safari. 3 different computers, 2 cellphones, and 2 different networks. All the same.
