The Ratings and Review website was launched today, so it is possible that it hasn't reached every single region yet. You may want to try the link again.
It's also possible that you may need to clear your cache in order for the most recent changes to be visible when you attempt to access the site.
As a final workaround, if you are still not able to see the landing page we posted above, you can see the "reviews" section when viewing any individual hotel page through SPG.com. It appears in the index options near "offers".

It's already up. Not sure what I think, but it looks like they will have more control over who puts up a review compared to sites like Tripadvisor. I'm guessing the hotels will be actively confirming if a person who wrote a negative review actually stayed at the hotel. They ask what your SPG level is... so they might be more likely to reach out to you if you've had a negative stay?
It's too bad they aren't allowing people to put up personal photos taken during their trip to give a more accurate representation of what their rooms and facilities actually look like.
As much as I love the unflitered info here on FT, the SPG review system seems more organized as it's with each property page and SPG is verifying that the reviewer stayed. Huge advantage over Tripadvisor.
I also believe that Starwood has the goods; at the end of the day most stays are anywhere from good to positive, so it's great that SPG is taking the risk of posting all reviews. I just can't see how a Marriott or Hilton could do this.

My first review has been entered. They give you 8 choices for reason for your trip, none of which are "vacation". There are 4 business choices, and 4 personal choices, including "Friends", "Family", "Romantic or Significant Other", or "Event - (eg, Wedding)"
They also won't post a review of a property until there are at least 5 reviews of a property, so this may take some time for some locations.
