I am having major problems trying to leave a review. Starwood has been working on it for a month and it still doesn't work for me. I have spent several hours trying to leave a review and the system just doesnt work. This experience has shown me that the Starwood IT team needs major improvement.

Yes, because the story is incomplete without it. People deserve to hear the whole story and not just the first act.

I agree wholeheartedly.

For me, the response is generally far more important that underlying fail. I tend to think that any merchant can screw up. That's just human nature, but how it responds is the critical element.

I switch between IE and Firefox to see which one works. Also try to disable any add-ons etc.. Sometimes it may work.

I think you should let the first review stand... but post a 2nd review with an update showing how they dealt with it.

Why not just click the REPLY icon located at the bottom right of the review? That way you can provide updated information and it will be attached to your original review.

For ten days, I've been trying to post a review for the Moana Surfrider. The website is giving me a consistent response: "Submission Currently Unavailable"
The property does have reviews from as recently as the day before yesterday.

Anyone else having problems with reviews?

PROBLEM SOLVED: Switched from Google Chrome to Internet Explorer browser.

So turns out the SPG champions can remove reviews. My review was about points not posting and they ended up posting them , so I removed the review.

Do hotels have the right of veto over a review? Wrote a review last week - the hotel called me and left a message saying they would call me back (never did) and my review hasn't been published.

I met all the requirements for the review and it wasn't a rant just a three star review (which I view as a standard average hotel) with a list of pros and cons - certainly not OMG WORSTEST HOTEL EVA!?!?!?! review.

Thanks to the ever helpful spg champion team (in this case Christina) my minor review issue has been sorted. ^
