SPG AMEX 2 Stays/5 Nights Posted
The new bonus for SPG AMEX of 2 stays and 5 nights had already posted in my SPG account. ^
The original notice indicated that renewing card members will receive the bonus in February. So this is a pleasant surprise.

I got 2/5 credits but have personal and business cards so not sure which one posted first, but makes me feel better than seeing all zeros.

That info is now out of date? BTW, I'm only seeing 2/5 right now on my account too (I've got both the Per & Biz). If 2/5 is the max now in a year, that makes the decision to dump the Biz card pretty easy.
Thanks

mahasamatman - I must have missed that post. SL was posting back in October that someone with Per & Biz cards would get 4/10. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/14899027-post39.html

wasnt aware the 4/10 ws only for '10, especially when the quote post says a person who has both cards will earn "Twice That".
SL also posted that we should get teh credit for'11 BY mid Feb = some will get it from get go others BY mid Feb

Two stays and five nights already this year?
My account on SPG.com is showing two stays and five nights already this year.
I haven't stayed at Starwood anywhere yet in 2011.
A little software glitch or an unannounced promotion?

I suspect you have an SPG credit card and you're seeing the stays and nights for having that. My account is showing four stays and 10 nights which matches up to the expected stay/night credit for having personal and business SPG AMEX cards.

You're right...I'd forgotten that change to SPG Amex.
